Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on our website or through the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Some remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Address Changes

Lost or Stolen Packages


Love To Gloss is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier for assistance. If you need further help, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item(s) are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • You include your receipt or proof of purchase.

  • The item(s) are not marked as final sale or non-returnable.

Refunds

Exchanges
